For child health clinics and pediatricians
The same question, twenty times a day: what is a percentile, and what does it mean that the child is on the 15th. We made one A5 sheet (two per A4 page) that answers the four common questions in parents' language, with a QR code to a free percentile calculator and to a printable height chart. Print it, leave it at the desk, save the explanation.

One line of code puts the calculator on your site, with a small link back to us. Nothing is sent from your site.

The official schedule in age order, with a date of birth worked out in the browser. Send it to parents instead of explaining on the phone.
